If they don't buff it, it won't ever be OP. It's balanced. As is all except hammers, which is OP, and tether, which needs a proc time buff.

Well Datto is a dumb ass then. A stormcaller is easy as f-ck to kill. Of you can't kill one then you just need to git gud.

Storm Trance though isn't as much an issue. Gotta be close, while that isn't always an issue, more open maps can make this super harder to use. Bang supers will get rid of it easy. Hammer and GG both one shot it, both before the ST can even get close. Arc Blade can kill it quicker then the reverse. Oddly, bubble can counter. Armor of Light and Shotgun will result in the Trance's quick death.... feels weird to say the bubble can counter something... Peregrin Grieves might also be fast enough to do something about it much like it could against Radiance and Arc Blade. It'll without a doubt have the highest kill volume (I'd imagine it actually already does, Hammer is just quicker/easier to get it's kills at range along side it's stupid high durability which is why people gravitate towards). But it can be defeated pretty easily by most other Supers... like everything except Radiance. I'm more willing to except a Super that is natively beaten easier than other supers, but it's trade is that it gets more kills. As opposed to one that counters most other supers, gets the second highest kill volume (though debatable easier kills to be gained), and is the outright most durable WITH easy health regen.

It's already the best, hammers ain't got shit on me when i'm in ST ;)
