Complete freedom is not a luxury we can afford when recreating such a bountiful time of production in our history, Hideo. I understand your concerns, but we are by no means turning the city into a tyrannical community. We must keep an iron grip on these civilians and guardians at such a key point in time, or they will no doubt spark rebellion with a single character making all of the executive decisions, and by no means am I willing to give up our original ways. So we must adapt. We [i]must[/i] rebuild the Golden Age, no matter the costs. That will show everyone that we are absolute, a necessary force.
