Go ahead and take it at work if you're boss/coworkers won't interrogate you about a runny nose. You'll do a lot of working haha. If not there save it for a night out with some friends. And don't do it all at once either because you'll fly up and then fall down hard lol. Try and parcel it out over the day by doing bumps. Hope this helps.
