It is sad we live in a world (or virtual world) in which gender is a deciding factor in gaming. In my experience I have never witnessed negativity towards female gamers, in fact I found them to be very popular... Too much so that guys would jump on them as soon as they are online. I see an all female clan as a kind of shelter for female gamers from such attention as well as those who experience the opposite.
