Fallout 4: Settlement achievement help
I'm on one of the last achievements I need to 100% the game but the settlement happiness seems to be the most glitched pain in the ass achievement in the game. Does anyone here have the achievement/trophy that can give advice? Here's my settlement rundown:
Sanctuary Hills
21 people
-40 power
-46 water
-196 defense
-25 food
I have a total of 17 tier 3 happiness boosting shops (4 clothing, 4 restaurants and 5 clinics) all being occupied by settlers and selling goods. All of them have been invested in as well and produce quite a bit of caps for me. I'm just stumped. I've been sitting in this damn settlement for an hour and a half stuck at 93 happiness, just resting for 24 hours, waiting a few minutes and then resting again.
I need help!

4 RepliesTry killing everyone but sparing one person. They should be 100% happy they lived.

1 ReplyGot 22 settlers (10 CHR and +2 more from a suit), and a total of 18 clinics. Happiness was a 99 with no arrow up or down, so I built a shit ton of juke boxes and other decorations, rested 24 hours and when I came back I had a down arrow and 98 happiness. At that moment I mini nukes the city with an experimental mirv, and started installing Star Wars battlefront. I'm done.

3 RepliesMy friend had trouble with that one too, he finally got it after adding a bunch of tier 3 medical stations on an alternate save. I am thinking that maybe building statues or jukeboxes might work, but I honestly don't know. I haven't tried to max it out yet

Try adding decorations. That worked for me.
