King's Fall Raid Loot Drop Suggestions

Feel free to post your own suggestions for how King's Fall should change. Everyone knows the content is incredibly awesome, but the loot you (don't) get can be just miserable...I have a couple ideas to fix this. First off, there is absolutely no reason to do the Normal Mode raid for the loot because hard drops are just better all around. What if when you get 20+ moldering shards, you get a chance for a 310-320 drop when you beat Oryx on Normal? Haven't thought this through a whole lot but it seems relatively fair. Second, make it so that if you get no drops on one checkpoint (talking about Hard Mode now), then the next drop you get will be more likely to get a drop at 320. Third, why doesn't the chest on the way to Golgoroth that you have to cooperate in order to open have a chance to give an exotic, yet the one on the way to Deathsingers that you simply jump up to does? Make it rewarding to open it because it actually requires you to use mechanics and coordination to unlock. Fourth, what if there was a really rare material that could drop in Challenge Mode or maybe even the Weekly Nightfall that you could use to do a full infusion no matter the Light Level delta? I think that would be an awesome idea! So, those are just a couple thoughts I had. Let me know what you guys think about those few ideas. I also look forward to other suggestions from the community.
