Except the New Monarchy has never considered either of those as candidates. That said, here are my qualifications. 1. All 3 classes. I know the struggles of all the people because I have suffered the same as all my people. 2. I actually know the 7 Tenets of New Monarchy (which based on my forum discussions means I know more about the faction than a roughly 95% of its members). 3. I actually know and understand the goals and desires of the other factions, allowing me to work with them to accomplish more than the New Monarchy ever could alone. 4. I killed the Black Gardens Heart, and in doing so destroyed one of the darkest threats to the system. 5. I killed Atheon, freeing our system from the threat the Vault of Glass posed should the Vex's work there been completed. 6. I killed Crota, the Eater of Hope so the City can once again look into the sky and not fear the horrors of the Hellmouth. 7. I killed Skolas, self styled Kell of Kells and gained the favor of the Queen, Mara Sov. 8. As one favored by the Queen, I am in poison to forge new alliances with the Awoken, giving us the support of their powerful weapons and famed warriors. 9. I killed Oryx, once here upon this plane, and agin in his own Throne Wold, ridding the system of its most powerful and dangerous enemy to date.

A lot of those listed were moreso as a Champion of New Monarchy, rather than a Leader. As for the Tenets, everyone listed above knows them. I also know the factions. I talk with Lakshmi-2, and know Arach Jalaal will not cooperate. As for the Guardian orders, they are Guardians. Essentially the military. The defender of the people, but not the people. You have not experianced hunger, famine, or mass murder of your loved ones by strange forces you barely understand. The Reef is in tatters right now, and even with your favor of the Queen, Mara Sov is dead. Having her favor carries less weight unless the words come from her mouth. Petra may respect you as well, but there is little to be gained from them, and more we can give to them to strengthen our ties to them as a whole. Aside from the list, are you capable of planning mass defensive plans, while simultaniously arranging campaigns to reclaim areas lost in the collapse? Can you manage differing political ties to a group of cowards, a nation of derelict spacecraft, and a Computer in Bunker capable of killing you whenever it pleases? Can you adapt and conform your leadership techniques with cool resolve as to not upset the people, while maintaining a serious repose to important items of discussion? Can you stare at an apocolypse and not see the end, but imediately think of ways to stop it before strikes? I apologize for the long response, but we need to be sure that our leader is capable of these and many other things. While I am sure you could become a great leader some day, unfortunately you still have a lot of work to do. I could offer you a position as a Field Representative, if you want. We all must start somewhere.
