It hurt him to see this, his people killed for praying peacefully at an altar. His kind only defended themselves against the Guardians. Yes, his race killed many, but they weren't in control like Hadron or Atheon. What had Atheon done to die? Monitoring time? That's helping make sure the Vex don't kill. But we were destroyed anyways. Death was what he remembered, he barely escaped The Vault of Glass.
