I agree with you 110% and also an annoyance for myself is getting smoldering shards from any boss in the ttk raid and on hard, it's unacceptable because of the communication and dynamics involved.
And I'm right there with you being entitled. We've gone through and should be rewarded appropriately for our efforts.
