Water tanks might not but battle tanks are purpose designed to take hits and deal damage?

What would the use be for other classes if the Titan not only has the highest defense but also the highest offense?

But it's only 1 subclass. The other 2 are both a bit under done for crucible. Even the sunbreaker is average until you have your super. Hunter and warlock both have 2 classes that are good for crucible and the third is still ok. I guess I just worry that given bungies inability to actually balance, any adjustment to sunbreaker would make it useless. I can see your point though.
