I'm trying to get it. Never raided and can't get in a raid because I never raided. How can I get ToM if no one will let me in a raid? I can't even get a slot in NM I'm about to give up

I would never ask for it for normal, that's me. Try making your own LFG? Also, try sires like trueachievements.com or truetrophies.com depending on your console. Setting up a session on these sites is a great way to get started. It's how I recruited most of my clan.

We tried a couple times but the people would leave when they found out we hadn't done it yet. I went on the reddit sherpa group so hopefully we get someone there willing to run it with us.

Then you didn't post correctly, and I honestly find it hard to believe that everyone you gathered from boosting sessions just left like that, simply based on inexperience. Honestly, it sounds like you are trying to get carried. Saying things like "no one will take me". If you had posted a group, welcoming players who hadn't done it, and been honest that you hadn't done it. You shouldn't have had as much of an issue.
