Yes. The hand cannon meta was a blast. It had issues, yes, but it was so much fun to play. TTK pace is just too slow and too limited. The guns don't feel powerful at all, not even the majority of the exotics. I agree with what you said, I think it's a feeling a lot of us have been getting.
