Those advertisements that show toys doing what they can't have disclaimers. Bungie never said that half of our exotic armors had been cut out. I don't value the phrase "subject to change" as powerful enough to negate lying by omission and false advertisement.
How about instead of making metaphors to other forms of entertainment (which have entirely different marketing, ownership and licensing laws and morals) we stick with online games, mainly destiny to keep things simple. You can obviously elaborate, I just ask that you truthfully answer this question.
If in the next expansion, 4 different strikes are shown in a trailer... Deej mentions that there will be 4 strikes in "Expansion name", they're shown in the database, etc...
And then come launch there are two. Bungie NEVER comments on the matter either before release or after. It is completely ignored.
