Here's how you make raid match making work. Matchmade raid - EASY mode with lower but adequate light level gear as rewards, with no weekly reset until your FIRST completion. Normal mode and hard mode can stay the same, but get much much better rewards. That way everyone can experience the raid, even if you're primarily a solo or small team player.
