Very valid points. I have really slowed down as well. Signed on this morning to check out what the nightfall is and a friend was doing it. Ended up doing all three chars. Got 20 strange coins, 307 helmet (had 310 equipped), and 295 ghost shell. Can't say every week rewards are bad, but there is no point to even have a 295 ghost shell in nightfall rewards...can't even dismantle it for parts. Anyway, the ttk grind has gotten to me. Didn't mind the y1 grind because it was a lot more fun and rewarding, but now that all chars can be 300+ it is just too much and I have ask myself why, why am I doing this? For the next great gun or piece of gear? Don't need it. Can do every piece of content in this game with what I have already. Destiny is a great shooter and that is what keeps me coming back, that and friends I have made the past year that are fun to play with. Can't say I will pick up Destiny 2 though.
