You can say the last word bounty was difficult & the requirements met the reward. Or you can take a buddy or two with you into the crucible and get your kills in less than half an hour. Exotic bounties are not rng, but the original argument I prosed was that bungie rewards those based off time played, which is horribly incorrect.
