for each DLC that is released for the first couple weeks its AMAZING but then you soon realize it becomes literally a JOB to try and grind the same content over and over just so you can come away with maybe ONE piece of gear 1 light lvl higher then you had. maybe bungie will learn now that a massive amount of players have left for other games.

This. When it truly started feeling like a job, like I HAD to log on or risk missing the necessary daily progression, I started to question if I was still playing for fun or not. At this point, I think a new game will feel more fun, and less chore-like. Witcher 3, Fallout 4, NFS... there's lots of fun games out there now. Destiny is going to take a backseat for a while, for me at least. Great game, I love it, I truly do, but I'm simply ready for something else.

Bungie learns this lesson with the next DLC sales. In theory, activity has crashed so they are cluing in but they don't get it in the wallet until later. If anything, they are making more money using less bandwidth on servers.
