It really is a shame what Destiny turned out to be. An endless grind that constantly wipes out any of your previous progress just so you can crawl your way back to the top.

"Become Legend" they said... How can I feel legendary when all of the things I earned and "stories from my gear" I'm supposed to tell are left behind? I feel you. :/

That's because it's an MMO. If you haven't played one I understand. Destiny is trying to appeal to everyone, but it simply can't.
