It can go both ways. The Emperor probably sees Guardians as a monumental pain in the ass and wants to destroy us or make allies of us. We killed 3 Gods, Court of Oryx, Atheon, Skolas, most of their commanding officers in the Sol System, and we have The Dreadnaught. We are either a threat that must be dealt with immediately or an ally that can help them substantially.
