I agree with everything but microtransactions, I think for now they are a good thing, they're just cosmetic and don't hurt anyone, if people want to buy them then they should be able to, however the mix of light levels and crappy gear was the end for me, there's no point in even trying for 320, only 300 matters and they'll probably up it even higher soon anyway. And then youre left with nothing to do, nothing else drops good enough gear but the raid and flawless trials, and -blam!- trials.
