I think you bring up some good points. The drops are atrocious in pvp and pve, and that really hampers the new light system. I understand why they left the year 1 weapons behind, but they have yet to introduce any real solid go to exotic weapons or armor. You can definitely see this in trials because 90% of people are running self res Exotics as all the new exotics are crap. Also the hammer titans are still running rampant in 6v6 with no mention or fix 2+ months on. I really enjoy this game, but it's getting harder and harder to play. Hopefully they can right the ship and bring it back to where it used to be.
