Hell, the majority used to think the world was flat. If you want to know why they're bad, do a little research. A quick Google search will fill up with several papers and articles detailing it much more eloquently than I can. Actually you are the majority because the majority of gamers don't want to pay yet they want free stuff. How do you think Companies can make their games free? There both good and bad examples of microtransactions. Destiny is a good example because in no way does it EVER effect your gameplay. Halo 5 is a bad example. Trying thinking for yourself before call someone else lazy you lazy sheep. It's funny how you people still can't give a good reason why destiny microtransactions are bad, even with all those irrelevant references you mentioned.
