I disagree and that's just my opinion it's totally cool that you feel that way. I never considered destiny to be the best so maybe I'm just less disappointed because I never put it on the pedestal. I'm very happy that they got rid of those guns you mentioned (fb, gally, black hammer) and I'm pretty sure they will have a y2 version of IB eventually. To be clear those guns were the best. I'd add VoC and a shotgun to the list and you never needed anything else ever. For me that was incredibly boring and that style of stagnation promotes a very grindy feel to the game. In ttk I feel that they've made an noticble effort to not have any one gun be so OP that you basically are stupid for not using it. I like options and I like to make my own way. Same thing with gally, it was freaking amazing to just mow down any and all enemies with minimal effort but that's so goddamn boring (and that was bungies fault to just make bullet sponges with no mechanics).
