I agree with eveything you say except matchmaking for raids. It will never be a good idea. It takes 5 mins to find a group in the recruitment forums, often less. And you are guaranteed people who actually want to contribute, as opposed to the AFKers and players who hide away hoping to get carried. But yeah the rest, you're right. I'm not quite done yet myself but its getting close, there are a lot of threads like this popping up right now I can only hope Bungie take note and do something fast.
