OP says he hasn't played Destiny in a week....yet he's still lurking around the forums.
Are you sure you're not addicted? If you haven't been able to leave the forums then you haven't completely let go.

I haven't played in longer. Was home at B.net well before Destiny was a thought, much less a disappointment. Have a private group that still brings me back. From time to time, I get curious about what's being talked about with Destiny. It's the best worst game (or worst best game, though I'm hesitant to call this any good) I've ever seen. It's aged horribly. The discussion around it is completely fascinating to me. And every time I take a peek, the forums don't disappont.

I haven't played in two and I still lurk the forums. I played solid for the first year. It was a hard habit to break. I still come in the forums to see if anythings new or if it got better.

I don't even understand how you come to this conclusion. Just because he used an app on his phone during free time doesn't make anything he said invalid.

He came to this conclusion because he's a -blam!-ing idiot. Of all the the things OP mentioned, being on the forums is what stuck out most. I hope this guy neuters himself.

I used to post on GenCoupe forums when I had a Genesis. Guess how many times I went back to that forum after I got my BRZ? lol. If you're still lurking around forums that don't involve you anymore...then yeah...you're still holding onto something.
