The addiction: I played a whole year, every single day. And when I didnt play, I would pop up the destiny app and see what the forums had to say about daily missions or would they have a new cheese for the lamp section at crota. In general I had to drop a lot of activities to make time for my beloved new hobby, Destiny. Now I keep destiny at bay. I keep prowling the forums and wait if they launch the next DLC.. And what are the major changes if any to the game. But with confidence I must say Destiny is done for me. It seemed like a game I would play trough the whole 10 year plan.. But it turns out its not.
wow that's me word for word. Just stopped playing about 10 days ago, cannot find any reason to return, mostly for the reasons you listed. P.S - the Ten year plan started Summer 2010 - so it ends Summer 2020 when the contract ends - so only two more Destiny games and two more TTK size expansions for the whole "experience".

 • It's not a ten year plan. It's now a seventeen year plan. Someone posted copyright applications and such a few months back.

 • Well yeah.. I figured out that why not just Idle.. After all you can start with the same line as the others when and if new DLC launches. Pop some kind of a consumable to get level 60 and then its all gear grinding again.
