obviously those ones aren't, because as you've said they exist in-game.
but the others? still no word, so neither you nor I know if they are actually available, and simply extremely rare, or are situationaly unlocked, like spindle was (an exotic no body had any idea about, btw) and nobodys figured it out yet, or if it is indeed time-gated, OR if its just unfinished and/or not scheduled to be released. we've all known about FoAF for a really long time, but that doesnt mean its "time-gated" or "locked content that we paid for", its just not available yet.

no, you nor I do NOT know for sure in ANY case. despite that, being time-gated still is'nt a completely bad option. some people, like myself, have found the "time-gated" releases to be fun and refreshing, as it makes every day a possible surprise. quit acting like the voice of some is the voice of all. some people like it, some people dont.
