That's like saying I should have had a vex on my first run of VoG. Time-gated or not you'd still be at the wrath of an RNG

Well, day one of VoG hard mode. We knew VoG wouldn't release with the base game, and the Vex is more of a secret ya know? I'm okay with secret stuff that wasn't specifically mentioned/advertised to be a part of your purchase (extra stuff). I'm even somewhat okay with time gating to an extent. I'm not okay with content that was expected to be included in the base expansion to be cut away without my knowledge and released at another date, possibly even as content in another expansion. In any other form of media, this practice would be highly illegal.
