English is redundant following intelligible and you shouldn't use a comma before the word and.
If you're going to chose grammer for a flanking attack on content, you might want to load your own wits first.

Um...neither of those are errors. The redundant thing sounds like your personal opinion, and my "and" was connecting two independent clauses, so a comma is perfectly acceptable. Muh wits is loaded.
