It's more competitive because it's harder to stay alive for the exact reasons you just stated. Most guns have a high TTK.
That is one of the smaller reasons it's more competitive. Another reason is private matches and mlg capabilities. There are tournaments, championships, etc. Destiny has none of those.

That is all true concerning personal matches....all i can say is it felt extremely easy compared to Destiny I'll still play BO3 though, it is fun Feels very familiar though......
