This guy essentially has a giant chip on his shoulder over Destiny. No, it isn't inherently a competitive game. If it was, there would be private matchmaking.
Besides that, he takes takes one weapon out of hundreds and bases his entire argument on that one weapon. It's even worse when he bases it off of Scout Rifles, which tend to have the most aim assist of any weapon class, and then goes on to base it on the Scout Rifle that has one of the highest aim assist ratings in the entire game.
If you want to get a good baseline for the average aim assist, use different weapon classes and then use different weapons within that class with various ratings. Compile your findings and then you can proceed to make an informed argument over how broken the game is or isn't.
As it is, all he's doing is crying about something he doesn't really know anything about.

I don't care if he's the guy who made the game. If he wants to base is review of PvP off of one weapon, that's just stupid. If he wants to actually get together a reasonable amount empirical evidence and then make a unilateral decision about the brokenness of the game, then we'll talk.

You're so clueless about pvp. If your medal score is that low why are you even here. You don't even have half my medal score and I barely have half of syphax's we. The reason I'm bringing this up is we've been playing pvp for a long time so we would know more than some.

1. My medal score doesn't determine his ability to judge the entirety of the game's PvP. 2. He specifically stated that the gun he was using has one of the highest aim assists in the game. 3. He didn't even bother to show other clips showing how other gun do or don't do the same thing. 4. Stop being such a fanboy and realize that he didn't actually give any evidence other than about 2 kills in a single PvP clip.

1. Medal score can show how long you have played. You've played very little 2. Planet destiny came out with a video on aim assist. With primaries you don't even have to hit there head to get a head shot. 3. Send it increases the headshot hit box. That's why thorn was so popular 4. You should also know that with high range stat you most likely have high aim assist. 5. Mida has an aa of 90 popular pulse rifles such as hawksaw, and nirwens have an aa of 6. It it lower but that's its base. Hidden and other sights can increase the aa. 7. I couldn't even finish just to much to type. you get the point pvp more and you will understand the problems with this game. I didn't even bring up the connection oh boy I don't have time for that

Lol. I was never saying that the game's PvP wasn't messed up a bit. There are definitely a lot of weird things that happen while playing. I think a lot of the problems would be fixed if Destiny had more reliable servers, but there are plenty of things that make it less of a competitive game. You won't see anyone launching MLG matches for this game, at least in the form it is now. I'm just glad that someone has finally actually given a good amount of evidence. Thanks. Also, I have played Destiny quite a bit from day 1, just have played much more PvE than PvP. Took a 6 month break after HoW as well, so that didn't help with PvP involvement.

It has aim assist on grenades that are supposed to seek targets? And on melees that are supposed to pull you closer to the target? And it makes a massive beam of sunfire kill someone close by it? You don't say.
