Same thing used to happen on Halo 4. Used to watch bullshit like this all the time in theatre mode. Too many times I'd strafe out of someone's fire only to see the bullets curve towards me and not continue in a straight line. In theatre mode you'd seen the tracer fire at a slight angle when leaving the gun barrel. I suppose most games are guilty for it to a certain extent but it's beginning to put me off shooters knowing that a total retard can go toe to toe with me even when he can't shoot properly.

Halo 4 had the same bullet magnetism. It's BS. They do it so everyone can feel like winner.

There is more to FPS than just shooting. Map knowledge/movemet/stratagy/situational awareness are all things that can make a difference. It's just the way things are going. Gaming has become super casual nowadays, so difficulty is always going to be scaled back to allow your average Joe/Jane to compete with more dedicated players. CS:GO might be worth looking at, if you are seeking a competitive arena.

  • Yeah I used to play it, downloaded it when it first came out on Xbox 360 but it wasn't that popular at the time, I heard it is now though.

  • I love how there's others than me that analyze stuff like this. In halo 3 where theater started, I used to spend hours watching and seeing exactly how the bullet spread acted and how to n combat it.
