  • This could be viewed as biased because I am an avid MIDA, but I see no difference in getting headshots between this and any other weapon. MIDA's higher aim assist is there to balance out it's mobility boost in relation to shooting. If I aim for the head, I get headshots. If I don't, I either miss or get body shots. Aim assist has very little impact on my gameplay, unless I snipe and someone runs past my reticle and screws it up. Every weapon has it, so there's no reason to throw MIDA under the bus. On that note, most shooters have aim assist. Doesn't matter if it's CoD, Halo, BF, or whatever, they have it. People don't realize that even though it can be annoying to battle , without it, gameplay would be unnecessarily frustrating. Aim assist is there to fill the difficulty gap between shooting a weapon in real life opposed to shooting a weapon in a video game.
