The question to ask is not are people leaving, that happens with any game.
The question is are they happy enough with their experience to buy destiny 2?

They'll all be back by the next DLC so who cares?
-
Sure, more then half my clan didn't even buy ttk. And we've been playing together since 1996.
-
Has your clan been playing MMOs since 1996?
-
Destiny is not an mmo, and we literally have been playing video games since they existed. This is an fps (with great mechanics) Wolfenstein 3D came out in 1992. We were probably modding and making maps for quake before you were born.
-
Lel, ok what difference does that make? I was born in 96 by the way. Not that it makes a difference, but I know the difference between a standard FPS and an FPSMMO. If you've been playing since "video games came out" (1947 by the way)you'd have to be in your upper 70's near my grandmothers age. my point in asking that is because your clan is probably more along the FPS side, as you have previously shown by stating wolfinsterin 3D, and you probably played Doom as well. FPS games not, Everquest, Dungeons and Dragons, ect. I've got players from WoW in my clan, and they're all still up for Destiny every other night. Oh and I'm totally up to talk about historical games if you want, I had to take a class on it for college actually. Not many people can recall what came before The arcade era though.
-
Lol. Sure dude. Point remains, we have been playing video games since before you were born. Any genre you can name.
-
I'm buying a xb1 so I can play other games than just destiny why limit urself to one title that dumb
-
This is perfect !!! Ha I'm leaving destiny because it's too repetitive now!! But that's because I loved the game for a year non stop and have had every rewarding feeling there is in this gem!!! Not to say it's a bad game just not enough to validate only playing destiny !! Still will buy destiny two or next dlc

I'm so done, and that goes for anything attached to bungie and activision. I only try to spread the hate on them now on the forums cause they deserve it and I really don't want this to be the standard business practice for the rest of the gaming community.
-
Too many parents don't give a damn and just want to please Danny and Sally. Then there are the 15-22 who dgaf about spending money. Sadly it will continue :(
-
You are right :( hey my cousins call me osh kosh b Josh lol
-
You're like, 10 years too late.
-
I know ROFLMAO my last system was a ps2. I should have never left. I would have pulled an epic speech like in Independence Day to stop this madness. This is so sad. The saddest part is that most of the people defending bungie and activision don't even see it. Blinded by their own arrogance and pride in nothing.
-
Agreed! Get these pricks to knock off these polluted business practices
-
I here that, the business and pricing practices used by these companies is sickening.
-
Nope lol Its been real It's been fun But it hasn't been real fun
until they decide what this game is supposed to be I'm not signing on again.
-
Ya considering how many clan mates stopped playing before ttk, I think they already burned a portion of the player base they had.
-
Idk, if they're as disenchanted with this developer as i am idk if they will get destiny 2, i dont think I will be
-
It was a lot of money, don't think in retrospect people will think they got their value for that money. When compared to the years of great games that didn't even come close to costing this much.
-
Not to mention the fact that I'm sitting here watching law&order reruns, and there's about 26 ps3 games of varying ages that i bought new and i can pick up anyone of them and replay the whole game, start to finish. Can't do that with y1 destiny. It's gone, can't trade it in, can't sell it lol Idk, got a lot of hours out of it, and had fun, but i wouldn't do it again lol
-
A big portion None of my clan plays destiny anymore, all other games It's getting thin out there
-
-
I think many will put a lot of thought into it, when it gets announced, no matter the hype. Once burned twice shy. It was fun, but it was frustrating. It was expensive, but was the experience worth it?
I may consider buying destiny 2, once it hits it's year two, and goes on sale.
It was a very fun experice for the most part im looking at you planetary farming. they didnt seem to learn from there past mistakes witch is evident with ttk. Ive lost hope for d2 no matter how much i want a fps/kinda mmo.
