[b]xerox tore a bigger hole into the taken as she continued to pull Serena out[/b]
"I'm not losing you to oryx! You're going to finish this damn bounty with me!"

The tendrils retreated as the Taken gave up, and she was pulled out. The taken recoiled.

[b]xerox pushes Serena out of the way as she cuts the taken into pieces, making sure that it stays dead[/b]

She laughed weakly. "Heh. Someone owes me 5000 Glimmer.."

"Yeah....." [b]xerox collapses to the ground as she pants[/b]

Oryx screamed, [i]YOU BOTH WILL BE MINE![/i] The taken shell rose from the ground, putting itself together.

"Why does life hate us?" [b]xerox got back up and hands the dark drinker to her[/b]

She grabbed it and used it as a support to prop herself up. "Because. Reasons."

"Can you fight?"

"I can shoot, barely move, and feel like shit. In other words, yeah sure."

"If you can shoot, that's good enough." [b]xerox gets ready to fight the shell[/b]

She pulled out a handcannon. and aimed.

[b]xerox runs at the taken, sword at the ready[/b]

She shot the taken in the leg, and tossed a fusion grenade at it's hand.

[b]xerox smacks it upside the head and pushes it in front of the fusion grenade, it hits the taken's face[/b]

"Slice it into pieces, burn them."

[b]xerox does as she says, her sword burning with solar energy[/b]
-
The taken warily parries the attacks, but still sustains injuries.

[b]xerox keeps up the attack, trying to overwhelm the taken[/b]

It kneels defeated.

[b]xerox cuts it in half and burns the body, making sure that it stayed dead[/b]
