What he is referring to in the game is not aim assist... It's bullet magnetism. Aim assist is what allows you to keep the reticle on the player. It has no effect on what the bullets themselves do. Jesus. Just, for once can people get their shot right.

Which is true by itself for some like ice breaker and no land beyond.

Exactly, although there is a fair amount of aim assist it's not like it fully maintains the reticle on the target.
