I agree that's why everyone who takes PVP seriously in this game is a joke... The game should be fully PVE focused with an open world
PVP with very little worry around it. Make a hostile zone on patrol, you enter if you wanna fight others, occasional rewards drop from kills, no weapon balancing screwing up PVE weapons, way more time to make raids, etc

Crucible/PvP is a sidething. It's not the main content...but that's what Bungie knows...majority of the time it seems Bungie doesn't even know what they want Destiny to be.
