I played CoD for years and all I ever got was XP.

I don't care if I get a green engram or a mote, it's still better than the nothing I got from CoD.
Destiny: great game play. random rewards.

Yep, I just wish the loot drops were a little more like Diablo. Hundreds of different looks, perks, etc. I know that is wishful thinking though. They can at least do a crafting system in Destiny 2 though... if they go the actual full mmo route.
