Destiny has roughly 25 million subscribers. I'm sorry sport, but destiny is doing just fine.

You mean 25 mil profiles have ever accessed the game. That's not 25 mil players. And all those profiles certainly aren't active. You fell for Activision's intentionally misleading report. During peak hours there are barely 1 mil players online on the PS4 (which is the most popular console by a wide margin).

But what is the average hourly traffic rate? 200k, maybe. I have hundreds of friends on my list, maybe 20 are playing this game, including myself. Many quit months ago, and never came back. Many more have left since ttk. They still have accounts, but never play. So basically 5%, of the 100s of people I'm friends with, still play. Around may time frame, all 10 of my friends pages would be active, now I'm lucky if two are.
