I've just spent 15 minutes getting zoned into the same strike from the lvl 36 playlist. And I mean "same", not as in getting Sunless Cell three times in a row. In it has been one guy trying his best to solo it, that's how I know it was the same strike. And yes, I left because the only reason i signed up for strikes in the first place was because I tried to knock out some of the quests for them. I first spent 30 minutes trying to get a match by picking these strikes directly from the map, which turned out to be an impossible mission. I didnt get a single match and there's nothing wrong with my connection or NAT. So yeah, it sure seems like the population dipped. Atleast for the day.
