This is non sense. In trials there is usually just one super per character. If you allow one super to wipe your whole team then that's poor gaming on your side. If you know your opponent has hammers, why not use something like the hunter void arrow to suppress their ability?
There are counters to each super.

Edited by EddieRot: 11/6/2015 7:15:51 PMThe problem is that these counters not work versus a sunbreaker, two specific cases that happened to me in trials with my main subclass (striker) 4wins-4wins, 2 men stand, he pops his super (hammer of sol), I prepare with my super (fist of havoc), sunbreaker approaches and i active FoH , but at the last moment he manages to hit me with a hammer and both dead, I was surprised that one hammer could kill me in the FoH animation, even golden gun need two shots to kill me in FoH animation, i must win that round... and the second case: 1 enemy stand, all my team stand, enemy activates hammer of sol, I tell my team not to worry , I have FoH active, sunbreaker approaches, *clash of supers* he hit me with ONE hammer in mid animation and stop my super!! the perfect counter (FoH) countered by a multikill super!! after that sunbreaker kill all my team and win that round. Sunbreaker need serious adjustments. Edit: my light level was always on par with the enemy, in normal crucible also that happens (1 hammer can stop a FoH in mid animation)

Yeah there is a counter to each super but it doesn't mean each super is equal to another. That's why you need a good team with mixed abilities

Then you agree that a multikill mobile super (HoS) can stop a FoH (the super intended to shutdown anothers supers)? Dont you think its unfair to the strikers?

Strikers are good but probably the worst of all the Titan abilities overall in pvp. I presume that's why hammers were introduced as Titans has no ranged attacks and were the worst class in the crucible before

Good post. The Hunter Shadowshot ability is a great counter. Combine that with Rapid Shot and your target is going to die.

Edited by UFSman: 11/6/2015 11:54:21 PMYep it's calling running if your no good at it when get good or get wrecked lol I do agree running from homing hammers which can be be thrown faster than a solar warlock can throw his bombs with a blast radius that big is very hard lol it's like running from blade dancers in the first year.
