I disagree. If you make poor choices for your community then expect backlash.
They knew weapon parts have been a problem for a while and they nerf weapon parts. How does that say "we listen and appreciate you" ???

Honestly you're right. The response from the community drove Bungie to rethink the change. However, I don't believe we need to be so rabid, they'll still listen.

Actually no. The only time they have actually addressed anything for the players, it has been after things got inflamed. If there is no noise, Bungie ignores it.
