A Vex Axis Mind manifested specifically to understand Hive sword logic. He was able to understand and turn some Vex to worship, but he couldn't understand the physics of the Hive netherworlds or simulate Oryx. Thus, he was defeated, being half-Taken and gifted to Savathûn to study

I think Qurias people are running the show in the black garden. The Sol Divisive sound a lot like Qurias followers(worship the worms) and not to mention the black heart looks pretty similar to the worm larvae
