Definitely less people, bungie is scrambling. New games are a threat to any developer, a game like destiny needs a fan base because they need a constant source of income, especially to run the servers. They need to improve more on their next dlc, people already expect shit from it. New raid, couple of new story missions and quest, time gated exotics.
