Balance of Weapons! Sorry for the Long Post!*********Weapons************

What if I tell you “Hey man take this hand cannon and go attack that group of guardians trying to take the position B" If its Destiny before this patch Hotfix - 10/14/2014, you will be like "Sorry, that’s not going to happen" or maybe you go like "hell no" because you will say, those Guardians, are packing auto rifles and there are even some that have the end game weapon, the "Vex Mythoclast" the infamous “Suros Regime” “Shadow Price” “Vanquisher VIII” There are many answer, you could have giving, but if you are a Guardian with skill, and a good "Clan" "Team" Fireteam", you will try your best, or you will at least have these same types of weapons. Why? Because you actually play the game to entertain yourself or, you simple play to get better. Ok – OK Let's try this situation again, I tell you the same thing but, this time you have an autorifle, and is after this same Hotfix "Hotfix - 10/14/2014" , and you will say, no way man they have Hand Cannons, Like “The Last Word - Thorn – Fatebringer” (Hmm is there a pattern here?) Ok - Ok Let’s try this situation again, I tell you the same thing, but this time you have a Hand Cannon (Hmm, I thought you said that at the beginning that these are the weakest weapons, and then you said that thay are the strongest, getting dizzy over here, ohh well) and this time is after this other hotfix “Weapons 2.0.0 - The one to prepare for Oryx.” This time you will say “No” because those guys have “Red Death” “Three Little Words” “Conspiracy Theory” “Party Crasher” “Messenger Adept” “Strangers Rifle” “Felwinters Lies” “Invective” “Bad Juju” “Found Verdict” “Time On target” Is it just me, or with every Hotfix, they Damage our style of playing the game? Or do they just want us to adapt not someone else’s style? Help me here community, help me please. Ok – ok, now real life… (O no you did not, yes I’m going there) For example, Snipers are really supposed to kill in one shot, it does not matter where in the Body I hit you (with many exception’s) but since there is no one alive to disprove the theory, one shot one kill, we are going to assume that this is true in reality, but since this is game, and we want to be entertain, show off our mad skills, snipers are two shots body - one shot in the head. Totally agree… Moving on then, Heavy weapons, rockets, like if anyone will shot a rocket to kill another (1 –One- Uno) person, is just a thing of an overkill, like for real an overkill, but they are here and in real life they are used for vehicles, because of a used/cost ratio, there is no way I’m going to use a rocket to kill one person at a cost per kill of (random number) 2k, if I can do same with 2-4 bullets of 50 cents each, then wars will be to expensive we will not fight them, and FPS games will have never have been born. But here I’m ok with that, rockets are cool, they track, proximity explosion and (almost crying here) “Wolf Pack Rounds” Oh well, Heavy Machine Guns, they are good even better now on the Taken King, but there is still a sense of (no fear in games) in real life has anyone on the Destiny/Bungie/Activision team been close to machine gun fire, as former Marine (yeah, go ahead have your laugh) if I hear a PK Machine Gun, I’m not running, jumping, sliding or any of this sorts out there with a Side Arm 9mm, Shotgun (instant death), or revolver not even the 50 caliber magnum revolver (which is incredible inaccurate) to challenge this person spreading fire. If you can Destiny have looks see here. Shotguns, nasty up close, but in a game what is up close? 75 yards is about the best "lethal range" for a shotgun, but depending on the load, choke, barrel config and the like, it varies. At 100 yards, the odds of getting hit by a pellet of 00 buckshot aimed at you is minute. Inside 20-25 yards tops, just about anything bigger than #6 shot can be dangerous, although the likelihood of anything lighter than buckshot killing you is also minute. The problem isn't with the pellets aimed at you, it's with the ones marked "To Whom It May Concern." What can I say, they have a little range on them, but this is if no one is firing upon you, if you someone unloading rounds on you from an M4, you will not try to get close this persons with a shotgun, in fact you will not even get within 10 feet of this person.. Now, all of this said. I will like to add that the majority of these weapons I have mentioned above, for the Game Destiny, they are all currently catching a lot of Dust in my vault. I will like to see Destiny/Bungie/Activision team this time add to the weapons that are missing a little bump, and not take away from others. Can we just try that, instead of making this crazy cycle of weapons changes just because a few or maybe half of the players are not good enough to use. Now I’m going to make the strongest example, I have challenge for the community. In the planet Venus, on patrol there is a famous Fallen Captain, on the Ember Caves platform before entering the caves to Winter’s Lair, may I suggest you try out your weapons there with that captain. See how hard it is to kill him with a shotgun, a hand cannon or even autorifle and please tell me if you will rush this captain like you rush any other player on PVP. (Personally I respect that captain) If I can pick him off from far away with a sniper (even of the Elemental Arc takes 2-3 headshots) my respects. Try out and let know, of if you agree with my long post, share it…
