Getting stuck on the central area of the Echo Chamber. It instantly kills you, but your ghost stays on it, so when your teammates revive you you're still on the death zone and I would immediately die again. I think that was the most Misadventures I ever had in a single stage. Best part was my teammate kept trying to res me and then he too stepped on it and died.
