Does WoW take content away from you if you don't buy the new stuff? Does WoW not improve flaws that have existed for almost a year? Does WoW make all of your previous gear worthless with some releases? Just curious.

It's not just Destiny which does that. It's apparently common. And bugs wont be fixed instantly, that doesn't happen with any game.

  • Yes. I was a long time wow player, been in recovery a few months. WoW absolutely requires you to purchase expansions. To participate in most events you have to be max level. Gear is also obsolete raid to raid. With gear becoming outclassed by quest rewards and dungeons multiple times each xpac. What wow does better, is story and community. Destiny needs guilds with built in social features and general/lfg chat for major cities. (lol, our one minor city?)
