Seeing as a Forge is something that an object is made out of, metal objects in particular, and the only races that have ever worshiped a god figure are the Vex and Hive (and we already just got a Hive DLC) it would be safe to assume that the DLC will be about the Vex and their birth/birthplace and origins.
