When you use an outrageously inappropriate, unwarranted analogy to preface your statement, you lose all credibility. I'm not taking this too seriously, I'm just pointing out that name dropping domestic violence to emphasize a company's questionable business practices is a tad ridiculous, and frankly ignorant.
