You cry baby, diaper wearing, millennial douchebags. This is how every single mmo works. They don't keep old crap around because... SURPRISE its old.
If developers made changes solely based on the minority of the player base then we would have one boring game.

This is a troll, right?

This is not your typical mmo

Fanboy.

but they did though. About 1/3 of the year 2 exotics, not to mention a few legendaries are as a matter of fact year 1's so your point is invalid. They picked and chose some of the least liked weapons tweaked a few perks here and there and brought them along to year 2. They also plan to bring several others forward as the year goes on, just not the ones the community really cared for.

Edited by Gunblade: 11/4/2015 10:18:54 PMMy only point here drillbit... is this: If everyone does the same thing wrong does that make the wrong thing into right? Meaning just because other games do it doesn't mean destiny should do it or that it's the right thing to do.... SUPRISE! Youre a Moronic tool.

Destiny is not an mmo you thick shit
-
destiny is an mmo massively, multiplayer, online
-
MMO's have hundreds of players in a zone at the same time. Also Bungie has stated that Destiny is not an MMO.
-
Where's the "massively", 3-6 man fireteams and 12 players max in a single session is by no means massive, not even large. I've a feeling some lying girls have skewed your perception of "massive" :P.
-
the "massive" refers to the amount of gameplay that has other people. every gametype you start up, there are other people
-
-
nice counter argument.

Edited by Appell: 11/6/2015 7:44:48 PMYou're flat out talking out your behind, to provide a counter argument would be pointless as your argument is invalid. -blam!- it, i'll humor you for a second...
the "massive" refers to the amount of gameplay that has other people. every gametype you start up, there are other people
So every online game with multiple modes with other players is an MMO... So Halo is an MMO... Blops3 is an MMO Forza 6 is an MMO Seriously, go away.
-
Every single thing in destiny besides Orbit have some kind of match making system. starting up Vault of glass puts you in a patrol zone where anyone could show up. That's what the massive part is. Halo, forza ... any game that has a multiplayer isn't an mmo because that's only a fraction of the game Just because you think of World of Warcraft when you think about an mmo doesn't mean that that's what an mmo has to be.
-
Edited by Appell: 11/7/2015 12:43:42 AM12 players in an instanced zone is by no massive. At the very most it could be considered a shared world shooter but there's nothing massive about 12 man instanced zones. Lemme guess, do you consider GTA Online to be an MMO to?.
-
you are as dense as a rock Massive doesn't refer to the players it refers the amount of the game that requires multiplayer and no GTA V is not an mmo because it has a single player
-
you are as dense as a rock Massive doesn't refer to the players it refers the amount of the game that requires multiplayer and no GTA V is not an mmo because it has a single player
You're a moron if you actually believe the shite you're talking in this thread. I'm done with you and your completely arseways definition of an MMO, a definition that noone else would agree to but you, not even Bungie.
-
cool beans
-
Edited by Appell: 11/7/2015 1:18:18 AM
cool beans
One last thing, the massively part most certainly does refer to the number of (simualtaneous) players a game supports. You really should do atleast the minimum amount of research before you make yourself look like a moron on a message board... again.

All of this arguing is turning me on, want to do something later
-
Destiny is NOT AN MMO. How -blam!-ing stupid can you get?
-
Borderlands 2 didn't. You fuking douche hat.
